Please note orders purchased on sale/discounted prices are final. They will have no returns or exchanges. 

Processing Orders

Our business hours are Monday to Friday: 11am- 6pm IST. Saturday: 11am- 1pm IST. We are closed on Sundays and on government holidays.

Customer Service Policy

Woven Traditions is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days in India & 15-25 business days for international orders; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. 

Care Instructions

All pieces have gone through an intense washing process after the handwork is done so typically do not need dry cleaning. They can be washed by hand or on a ‘Delicates’ setting of a washing machine. Pieces that have add on work like cut dana, sequins, mukaish, kasab or aari work, need to be dry cleaned only.

Measurements/Dimensions of products

Measurements are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product and will therefore not always be 100% accurate. Our Kurtis/Pants & Palazzos/Blouses are all free sizes and need to be fitted by you to your size. For handloom fabrics/ handmade products, there might be slight irregularities which adds to the charm of handcrafted products.
