Shipping Information:

• Ready pieces are dispatched within 2-4 Business Days. Since the pieces are solely handmade, the dispatch of some pieces might take place longer.

Exchange and Return Policy:

• Exchange/Returns accepted within one week of delivery.
• Please make sure you do not cut off the tag, keep the packaging and keep the product in its original condition.
• No Exchange/Return of Custom-Made Products – which includes any alterations that have been requested.
• Please note orders purchased on sale/discounted prices are final. They will have no returns or exchanges.
